I walk on effervescent

dreams

I am a

Seed

An idea

Sometimes

a weed

(think Andrew Tate)

I can grow better

with nutrients

and patience

I’m always here

But sometimes

I’m latent

Or worse,

ignored

(think women, children

and the underclasses)

Without help

I can die

easily

or not grow freely

because I

am

Costly

(think enlightenment)

I am

everywhere

Here

and there

in seas

in air

on land

forever

Close

and near at hand

(think creativity)

I can be stored

don’t get confused

just keep me safe

for later use

when conditions

are right

plant me then

and I will grow

with all my might

(think keep in a box under the bed)

“Seed” explores the unseen potential in every idea, person, and act of creativity. It likens human enlightenment to a seed—small, overlooked, sometimes considered a nuisance—but capable of changing the world if given patience, nourishment, and space to grow.

🌱 Creative Explanation of Seed

"Seed" is a meditation on the quiet power of potential — an invitation to notice the ideas, people, and possibilities that are overlooked until they sprout.

The speaker calls herself a “Seed,” a tiny fragment of possibility that can become anything: a flower, a weed, a revolution, a work of art. The poem layers playful rhythm with social critique — linking the seed’s fragility to the silenced voices of women, children, and the underclasses, to ideas dismissed as “costly” until they blossom into enlightenment.

Each stanza reads like a cycle of growth:

• Awareness: The seed exists everywhere — in air, land, sea — latent but alive.

• Dependency: Growth needs nutrients, patience, protection.

• Risk: Without help, seeds can be trampled, starved, or ignored.
